1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Vendora ("the Service"), including the website at vendora.site and the associated Discord bot, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Description of Service

Vendora is a SaaS platform providing AI-powered reselling tools for UK-based resellers. The Service includes access to a Discord bot with commands for product research, listing generation, cross-platform listing management, inventory tracking, and related functionality.

The Service is provided on a subscription basis across three tiers: Basic, Pro, and Elite. Features available depend on your active subscription tier.

3. Account Eligibility and Registration

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By registering, you confirm you meet this requirement.

Authentication is handled exclusively via Discord OAuth2. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Discord account. One Discord account is permitted per subscription — account sharing is prohibited and may result in immediate termination without refund.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Subscriptions are billed through PayPal on a monthly or annual cycle. By subscribing, you authorise PayPal to charge your account on a recurring basis until you cancel.

• Basic: £9.99/month or £99.99/year
• Pro: £24.99/month or £249.99/year
• Elite: £49.99/month or £499.99/year

Annual plans are billed as a single upfront charge. All prices are in GBP and include applicable VAT where required.

Prices may change with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers on annual plans will not be affected until renewal.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time via the dashboard or through PayPal. Upon cancellation, your access continues until the end of your current billing period.

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. We do not provide automatic refunds for partial billing periods. To request a refund, contact us at support@vendora.gg within 7 days of a charge.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your account or subscription access with others
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code of the Service
• Use the Service to generate spam, fraudulent listings, or content that violates any platform's terms of service
• Circumvent rate limits, abuse the bot API, or attempt to disrupt service availability
• Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the dashboard except through officially provided integrations
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose under UK or applicable law

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund.

7. Third-Party Platform Integrations

The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Depop and Vinted for cross-listing functionality. You are solely responsible for compliance with those platforms' terms of service. Vendora is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for any third-party platforms.

When you provide platform credentials for account linking, you do so at your own risk. We store credentials in encrypted form and do not share them with third parties beyond the purpose of executing your requested actions.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, design, and code comprising Vendora is owned by Vendora and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for personal, non-commercial reselling purposes.

AI-generated content produced by the Service is provided for your personal use. We make no claim to ownership of content you create using the Service's tools.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or complete. Any reliance on information produced by the Service is at your own risk.

We do not guarantee specific financial outcomes from using the reselling tools provided.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vendora and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
